What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a personalized modality that weaves together the many tools and applications of Yoga into a comprehensive, accessible practice to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. The one-on-one nature of yoga therapy sessions allow for specific needs and considerations to be addressed, as well as an ongoing dialogue between the practitioner and facilitator which supports the refinement and amplification of the practices.
What to Expect in a Yoga Therapy Session
Our time together will begin with a brief conversation assessing your goals and desires for your overall well being, and which you would like to focus on in your session. I will offer a menu of options to support these, and you will choose which ones you’d like to explore. These may include:
-Somatic Movement
-Reflex Integration
-Breath Awareness
-Emotional and Nervous System Regulation Practices
-Craniosacral Therapy
-Movement and Postural Assessment and Exploration
-Reiki
-Expressive Writing and/or Art
At the end of your session, we will review what practices felt supportive and in alignment with your goals and desires for your overall well being. I will then follow up via email with a home practice handout so you have the necessary tools and resources to continue the practices on your own.

Sessions run 75 minutes and are held at The Well in Port Angeles, WA
Payment and Cancellation
Payment is processed through Stripe at time of booking. Should you need to cancel, payment will be fully refunded up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reading will not be refunded. If you choose to reschedule, your payment will be applied to the new appointment time.
